What we collect
We collect personal information only when you submit a contact form or a quote request. Those forms ask for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The service you are interested in, and an optional budget range
- The message you write about your project
What we do not collect
There is no sign-up and there are no user accounts. We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers or advertising IDs. The mobile app contains no advertising SDKs and does not build a profile of you.
How your information is used
Enquiry details are sent to our own server at admin.vvmtechnologies.com and are used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Information stored on your device
In the mobile app, items you bookmark are stored only on your device so the list works offline. They are never uploaded to us. Removing an item, using "Clear all", or uninstalling the app deletes them permanently.
Live chat
Our live chat is powered by VisitorConnect, which is operated by VVM Technologies. If you start a conversation, the messages you send and basic session information are processed there so that we can reply to you.
Links to other services
Choosing to call, message on WhatsApp, email, open maps or follow a link hands you over to that app or site. Once you leave our website or app, the privacy policy of that service applies, not this one.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to answer you and to maintain a record of the business relationship. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information you have sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request.
Children's privacy
Our website and app are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top and publish the new version here and in the app.
